Terms and Conditions

1. Originality of Work 
The submitted photograph must be an original work captured by the participant. Plagiarised or AI-generated images, or images copied from any source, will be disqualified.

2. No Identifying Information
Entries must not contain any watermark, signature, name, or identifiable detail of the participant. Such entries will be disqualified.

3. Jury Decision
The decision of the jury will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence regarding the results will be entertained.

4. Image Editing Guidelines
Only minimal digital enhancement is permitted. Any excessive manipulation—such as adding, removing, or altering significant elements—will result in disqualification. Participants must provide the RAW file or camera-original file upon request.

5. Usage Rights
By participating, entrants grant Greenstorm Foundation and the G20 Global Land Initiative the non-exclusive right to use their submitted images for non-commercial purposes, including exhibitions, publications, digital platforms, promotional materials, social media, and websites. Proper credit will always be given to the photographer.

6. Prize Money Eligibility
Winners must provide a valid bank account in their name that can receive international wire transfers.
Participants from financially sanctioned countries will not be eligible to receive prize money, as per international banking compliance.

7. Tax Deduction
All prize money transfers will be subject to a 31.2% withholding tax in accordance with Indian tax regulations.

8. Required Documents for Finalists
Winning participants must be ready to submit the following details and proof documents for prize transfer processing:

SWIFT Code
IBAN (if applicable)


Accepted ID Proofs:
Passport, Visa, Work Permit, or Driver’s License, along with valid address proof.
Failure to submit the required documents may delay or prevent the disbursement of the prize.

9. Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Festival will be governed by the laws of India. It will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India where Greenstorm Foundation is registered.

10. Eligibility Period
Only photographs taken between 1 January 2020 and 28 February 2026 are eligible for submission.
